Хорошие подушки, все соответствует описанию. Пришли за 3 недели. Трекер не отслеживался, но продавец всегда был на связи и помогал отследить посылку. Заказывала 2 подушки, пришли обе в одной посылке, упакованы хорошо, каждая в вакуумном пакете. При открытии быстро приняли форму. Постороннего запаха нет, немного пахнет пухом. На ощупь приятные, упругие, но достаточно мягкие. В общем посылкой очень довольна. Продавца и товар рекомендую! Наволочки в подарок не положили.

Посылка шла две недели, Это ни так долго и не доставило неудобства. Подушка упакована компактно. Косле разворачивания, взбили подушку и она приняла свою форму. Был небольшой запах от внутренней влажности. Но мы повесили подушку на балкон подсушиться и через 6 часов от запаха не осталось и следа. Сегодня дочь будет спать на новой подушке. Если завтра она сообщит что-то о неудобствах данного изделия, то я дополню свой отзыв. А пока всем доволен.

all great, quality not bad, but for my taste too thin pillow, I would rather be high than low. But it smells nice, well sewn, for that price I recommend but who likes a higher pillow buy a little more expensive.

Excellent pillow!! I wasn't really sure if it would live up to my expectations but it actually exceeded them!! I have several memory foam and visco pillows but this one is much more comfortable and it's hard to go back once you try it once!! Highly recommended!!!
